The pillow itself is great, but the customer service is so horrible (second time ordering and same experience both times) that I will not order again. Shipping is always very delayed, and reaching anyone is IMPOSSIBLE. In fact, the phone number they list on their website is no longer in service, which I find sketchy and unacceptable for a business. I sent an email and submitted a form on their website and didn't get a response to any of this. So, I was left wondering for weeks if my pillow would ever show up. It's unfortunate, because while the product is good, the business doesn't seem trustworthy.

I probably won't order another as a holiday gift. This was my 2nd year ordering and the 2021 pillow came in 3 weeks, not 2 months

I love what they did with the picture I had and love the pillow. It feels nice and well put together. Just wasn't sure exactly how long I was going to have to wait for it, but didn't want to pull the trigger on the $60 rush the order option. Glad how it came out though, but also glad it wasn't a last minute decision as it took about two weeks from time of order to arrival. Not a complaint but good to know the time frame on when to expect. Great pillow, better than I imagined it would turn out.

I chose to leave out a picture due to my error. The pillow turned out excellent! The picture I sent in, wasn't the greatest quality, which was my fault. The team at DreamAPillow did a phenomenal job with what I gave them. I highly recommend them and strongly advise sending them a high quality picture with good lighting. This pillow was made using the likeness of my grandchild’s recently departed pet. She was so devastated at his passing. The sweet pillow is a perfect size for her to cuddle and travel with. Fast shipping, and great communication from the company. However, the pillow did not live up to all the hype that is advertised. I am guessing the picture I sent wasn't high quality ( it is an older photo). So, that is not their fault. But, they should have let me know so I could have chosen a different picture. It's a bit grainy and my cat doesn't look gray like she was (she passed away and this was supposed to be a memorial gift for my father). I will give it to my children to cuddle with as they miss her as well. But, I ordered a different pillow from somewhere else. I used a different photo. I am not saying to not order one...they have great potential, just make sure you send in a high quality photo.
