I am in love with my pillow. My beardie passed away recently and I've been missing her. This is a nice way to remember her. Impressive quality and soft material. Came out just how I wanted! Only complaint-- customer service is lacking. Item does not ship in 2-4 days (try 10) and I couldn't get a response to see if something was wrong. Don't advertise shipping you can't offer consistently.
