I sent a picture of my grandson and his 10 yr old dog that just passed away. i asked the picture be cleaned up it was a photo my dtr sent me you made the pillow with the mouse in the middle of his face and the picture was all blurry. if you could not cleanup the picture you should have contacted me. I'm hoping the second one comes out much better. I've ordered 5 pillows i expected better than what you sent.. I should be refunded my money on that one!!

I gave the pillow as a gift to family member who recently lost their dog. The pillow was well received by them and they report the pillow was a “carbon copy” their beloved dog. On the other hand customer service was the worst! Below one star! The phone number listed to call is no longer in service. I sent two requests to their chat service with no reply. Discount offered for submitting a review was not given. No email was sent to acknowledge order with order number to confirm it was received. I ended up paying full price for item that should have been discounted 50%. Buyer beware. I doubt if this review will be posted as they seem to only post only positive reviews. I can clearly see my review posted on 7/20/2023 with 5 stars. But not one negative review!

so i paid extra for 2 day air shipping on july 26th. the pillow arrived august 17th submitted a claim to the bbb a couple days prior so not sure if that’s the only reason it even came or what BUT the pillow itself was very good and i am happy with it

I gave it two stars because the product turned out ok. I ordered on November 24. They sent a marketing email out a few days later stating that for Xmas delivery, orders had to be placed by Dec 1. I followed up with them about my order the second full week of Dec. They stated it would still be delivered by Xmas. I followed up a week later when I still had yet to receive shipping information. They said it *might* be there by Xmas. Later in the week they emailed again saying it would be after Xmas. I followed up a few days into January and was told it would be shipped “soon.” It took almost 2 months for me to get my order. Funny since all their promotional emails say that it should only take around 4 weeks. There are other companies who will produce a similar quality product at a faster rate. So if you’re okay with waiting, this company is fine. If you need it with any sense of urgency, don’t order from them.

Found this company on social media, and took a chance on ordering from them on 11/25. They claimed if ordered before 12/1, it would be shipped in time to receive before Christmas. At times I thought the company was a scam with the canned responses I received in my email request. But thankfully order was received 1/21, 4 weeks after Christmas. Order is not the outline of my pets without the background items, like I thought I ordered. Yes it’s a soft pillow, but not worth the price or wait time. I will not order from them again.

Two months after I ordered it. I received an email when I inquired that said they were behind. If that is the case then why continue to take orders and customers money for something you obviously can’t fulfill in the time frame you state on your website. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND OR ORDER AGAIN! I didn’t have a good experience with this company unfortunately. The website was convenient which was a plus. As for pricing, it was pretty expensive for even just an 18” pillow. The other issue I had was actually receiving it. I had ordered the pillow on November 23rd and had reached out multiple times for an ETA once I still hadn’t received it the week before Christmas. Their website said ordered placed after thanksgiving, wouldn’t be guaranteed for Christmas, which I ordered mine before thanksgiving. After I sent multiple emails and calls to customer service I had finally received a message that they were behind on orders and it will be out for delivery soon. This was December 30th. The only thing they could offer me was 50% off my next order, but nothing for the current order. Which I don’t expect to order from them again. I finally received it January 14th, and honestly wasn’t worth the wait or money.

Processing and shipping took much longer than expected, so if someone is buying a customized pillow for an occasion or gift, I suggest ordering at least two months in advance. However, the pillow looked great and the quality is incredible.

Let me start off by saying- the pillow is amazing. BUT, this has been, by far, the absolute worse experience I’ve ever experienced when it comes to online ordering. I DO NOT RECOMMEND UNLESS TOU WANT FALSE PROMISES and your item to take almost 2 months to arrive. I ordered by the cut off date for Christmas (Mid November). I just received my order on January 12.

It wasn’t here by Christmas but it was truly so awesome! Super soft. This company is NOT a scam. I read a lot of negative reviews and my experience was opposite. I was worried when my payment went out and it wasn’t shipped out right away. I emailed the company personally and was responded to with kindness and helpfulness. Even when the shipment was late they offered to cancel it for me and I said no thank you. We received the pillow and we love it. It’s super soft and comfy and we feel like our boy is sitting with us in the living room. Would 100% recommend this company to anyone. The graphic is super realistic and not pixelated at all.
