Ok. I ordered this pillow and then didn’t hear anything from the company for a month or so. I was sure I had been scammed. But all the sudden, I got a notification that the pillow had shipped! It arrived the other day and is actually really cute! Seems like there have been a few people who have not gotten what they ordered but I’m considering buying another from this company? ♀️

The pillow exceeded my expectations. My kitty passed away in January and having this pillow makes me feel so much better . I put it on the chair she always slept in with her blanket. I’m going to get another one to put on my bed.

I ordered these pillows as gifts for my sons for Christmas.
The process took over two months and they arrived in February after several e mails and promises of shipping.
The pillows are cute, quality is ok and they are happy with them.
I will not be ordering from this company again as I found the service unreliable, pricey and customer service was poor.
Do not promise product for holidays if you cannot deliver, it's dissapointing and bad service.

Material quality was great!!; very soft and well constructed. Photo quality was BAD!! Actual photo sent was orange cat on iPhone13pro camera but their quality of ink and or printer turned it green, dark and blurry!! Stuffing was moderate and found some empty floppy areas: not good .. Shipping time was badd! Initially purchased Black Friday with the promise of Xmas delivery; didn’t receive until February!! Regardless of internal issues it shouldn’t take 2.5 months for this order. Makes me think my order was rushed and not upheld to the quality that I was hoping for and that this company displays. .. overall it was okay, maybe order again to see if these issues are fixed, great idea just needs improvements

But, we have decided that we would like to send personalized pillows to our family next year as Christmas gifts!

Order was promised by Christmas but delivered in February. Otherwise, we love the finished products. My daughter unexpectedly lost her rescue cat (Pirate, with one eye) and was devastated. She adores her pillow! Great gift!

I'll start with this, the pillows are awesome. However, dealing with Dream A Pillow has been a 9 week long nightmare. Order placed Nov 29 for a Christmas present, told weekly in January that it was "about to ship," still hadn't shipped by Jan 25, shipping label wasn't created until Jan 27 after the call to my credit card company to reverse the charge, and it wasn't even shipped until Feb 3. My kids cried when the pillows for our 3 former cats finally arrived, over 5 weeks late. I will not be ordering Christmas presents from this company in the future.

The product itself could have been done a lot better. There was still lots of extra white material around the image that had to be cut off plus I had to wait 2 months for my small pillow. I ordered at the beginning of December and was guaranteed to receive it by Christmas however the pillow arrived by the end of January. I was told there was an emergency, that it's a small company, and more excuses but this is nothing more than an image printed on a cloth stitched together and stuffed. I really don't like writing bad reviews but you guys kept sending me "review us" emails so here you go. I would not recommend this company to a friend/family and would not be using them again.

Took 2 months to recieve and when I took it out of the package it was instant disappointment. Not what I expected or what the pillow looked like online. It was so blown up that the details were distored and my cat pillow looked freaky and possesed. It was a gift for my mom, who's cat passed away in April.

The pillow is amazing! But it takes way tooooo long to receive. It took over a month to get the first pillow and I have yet to receive the second (going on 2 months+ of waiting now). When I reached out to support they just give me basic information telling me the pillow will ship by a certain date or by the end of the week etc and it's completely false. It's been a frustrating experience to say the least. Thank God the pillow is great, otherwise, if the pillow was subpar I would never recommend this company. I will recommend this company cautiously as the turnaround time and shipping time is unacceptable.

The product was fine. But do not think I would order again because it was a Christmas gift and did not get till end of January. i had ordered Nov.26. Could not reach a live person and was told different dates when i would get and never got on these dates. One side of the pillow the face of the cat a little distorted. The other side is fine. The pillow itself was good. If they could improve on their communication I would recommend.

By far the worst company I have ever dealt with. The pillow itself was okay but not worth the well over a month wait to receive it. It was excuse after excuse to why it was taking so long. Their sight says it’s a 2-4 production time which is a complete lie. When I ordered it it was guaranteed by Christmas. Next time I will definitely go with another company that can complete the order in a timely manner.

The pillow turned out very nice but honestly it took 2 months for me to get it. I sent several emails and the response was "we are very behind with orders". It said shipping is 3-5 days. It was supposed to be a Christmas present and I thought I ordered it in plenty of time according to the website. I understand things are busy but to wait that long and to get emails saying the same thing was very frustrating! I tried to reach out by phone but never got a response. Well it finally came and it turned out nice but I would suggest putting a longer delivery time on the website.

After seeing other photos online I was actually pretty disappointed. Especially since I ordered it before thanksgiving and it arrived 3 weeks after Christmas. Cats tail was cut off, and one side seems like they didn’t even try to run it the shape of the cat. Seems like a regular pillow with the picture I submitted on it would have been better. Only saving grace is my son I got it for was still happy with it.

I ordered my pillow at the end of November (22nd) prior to the notification on delayed shipping. Then got an update saying it would be mailed out on the 23rd of December. Then another update that it would be beginning of January. Received it January 9th. My white cat looks greenish. Picture on the pillow is not as clear as all the great reviews pictures. All that being said… my child still loves it but I am pretty disappointed.

Only one Customer Service Representative was helpful! I had another lie to me about shipping when my order hadn’t! It was very disappointing. The second rep I had went out of their way to make up for it but the fact that I was lied to when following up on a tracking they had given me just kinda killed any want to ever order from them again!
The pillow isn’t as great as what people said it would be. It looks rushed even though it took over a month for it to be processed and shipped! Over all I’m a bit dissatisfied.

This is a pic of a very special kitty named Frankie. We lost him to cancer. The pillow allows me to give him hugs whenever I’m missing him. The fabric is very soft and the pillow is stuffed just enough to hold its shape and not so much, which means it’s invitingly huggable. Shipping took a bit longer than than expected and I was disappointed not to have received an order confirmation email (though perhaps it automatically went into a junk file). Overall I’m very happy.
