Product was great, good quality.I ordered 2 of them. 1 for my nephew & his girlfriend. They broke up after Christmas. The order arrived late January.
There was a back order due to the holidays. The only issue was I received an email with the option to cancel & receive a full refund because of the back orders. When I agree to cancel & ask for a refund they ignored both my email requests & kept saying they shipped it when when it wasn't.
I had to throw 1 of pillows away because of the break up & was out $60 of unwanted product.

Concept is great…and the product was great…for others. My order took forever to come in. When it finally arrived, my order did not look like the picture I submitted. I was not impressed. Pillow is great! Communication could have been better. I understand it was a holiday but I ordered my pillow 1 and a half months before Christmas. After a month of not hearing anything I emailed several times only to be told you are busy with the holiday orders. I get that too but communication with your customers with out them having to nag for information would be nice. I’m lucky that I finally got the pillow 3 days before Christmas….
