I was totally devastated when my beloved Kongo passed unexpectedly on vacation. After driving all night between various big cities trying to find a vet to see him, only to be turned away, when 24 hours later, he bled to death at the vet we finally got him into, my world was shattered! Getting this pillow made was a life saver for me! It took a long while to be made and delivered, but got it just in time to take with us for a 3 month trip. Very life like, love having him sort of with me still whenever I look at it! Will probably do another one in the larger size.

I wish I could leave a review. The pillow I ordered last December has not arrived yet. The company emailed me a couple of weeks after I ordered the pillow to let me know the pillow would not arrive as soon as I had expected and that was fine with me. They also offered me a refund but I wanted to wait until they had time to make it. I intended to give the pillow to my husband because he is on the road a lot and I thought he might appreciate having a pillow with our dog's picture on it. I still would like to be able to give it to him and I hope to hear back from you soon.

Although we have three dogs, our chihuahua is the glue that holds the family together. We all love him to pieces, and he adores all the boys that come through our house as foster children. After adopting a foster child, we got him a pillow of Chico to snuggle with at night on the top bunk bed. This pillow has become our default gift to welcome boys to our family!

I only received 2 of the 3 pillows I ordered. 3 stars because the pillows are good quality and the images transferred well. Customer service is a zero. Took over a month to receive our order and when we did it was incomplete. Have tried to reach customer service about it and all messages are returned. Maybe this will get through but doubt it. If you get your pillow you’ll be happy with it, but good luck to you if you’re in a hurry or experience a shipping issue. Overall I would not recommend.

Ordered on December 9th, as of February 10th i still have not received my pillow or been able to get another update. They did tell me on Jan. 3rd that it would be estimated to ship out the 3rd week to end of January, and that I'd receive an email when it did. I have not received any emails regarding it being shipped, and cannot get another response from them despite emailing several times. I hope i do receive my product soon, as i was really looking forward to giving this to my boyfriend as a Christmas present. But at this rate it may turn into his birthday present this July.

Pillow is okay, however the communication and customer service was horrible. I had ordered my pillow Thanksgiving with the promise that it would arrive before christmas. No communication it was going to be late. I kept emailing and getting told it was either being made or waiting to ship out. I ordered my 2 pillows on 11/25/22 for Christmas gifts (my Yankee passed away 11/15/22). With much dissatisfaction, my pillows were delivered on January 27, 2023. I contacted numerous times asking for updates (before & after Christmas) of my delivery status .
Kept getting the run around. Received emails that my order was delayed again. I am truly disappointed in the time frame it took to process & delivery. Especially my order date said : Christmas delivery. Nothing was communicated to me about delay until I reached out to them week of Christmas. Will not order from this company again. I should had used Vibe Pillows, my friend received her in a very timely manner.

Honestly this was not a pleasant experience. I ordered this 5 weeks before Christmas and didn't receive January 17th 2months after I placed the order. I believe they did have something personal reasons But that being said it's Christmas a d they had ad's on Facebook etc. And they we're overwhelmed. However, I cannot be 100% honest without expressing my frustration with The process of actually getting my product. I ordered in November, no word until I reached out to them in mid-December. Email saying it wouldn’t arrive for Christmas. Nothing again until January when I started really asking for updates, time lines, proof of production. I love supporting small businesses and loved the end product, but customer service has lots of room to grow and improve.

I was the one who had to initiate contact with customer service every time and to "make up for it" they offered me a discount on my "next purchase" as if they thought there would be one. Ended up getting a 10% discount. Also they cut off the cats tail. Pillow is a bit lumpy but pretty cute. 3/5 pillow, 0/5 customer service.

I don't know where to start.... I was guaranteed delivery by Christmas... my mom got the pillow on January 24th! I ordered the pillow on November 26th. My mom was alone during Christmas and lost her dog (dog depicted on pillow) and not only did she not get the pillow by Christmas (again she was alone) but a month later.... I couldn't be there because she is several states away, so I am in dismay.... thanks.. the pillow did look nice (once arrived).

Ordered 12/6 too late for Christmas but also took longer than I expected. I wish there was a customer service number that I could have spoken with someone instead of just emails. Although someone always replied the response was often vague. I was happy when I received my item had shipped email and I had a tracking number. It’s nice to have my “Jack” pillow since my buddy crossed the rainbow bridge. I miss him and love it.

I ordered In the second week of November...they said it would make it for Christmas...I got both of my pillows which were presents, in mid-January. The pillows are soft and the pictures are accurate but it was weeks before I even got confirmation that they were going to be late. They were expensive too.

Shipping is ridiculous. It took 8 1/2 weeks to receive my pillow. The pillow is cute. Doesn’t feel like amazing quality, but my son liked it. The pillow Is definitely darker than the photo I sent, but I guess that can’t be helped. I think my biggest issue is just the shipping. When I ordered, the website said 2-4 DAYS for shipping. That then was changed to 4 weeks. That somehow turned into almost 9 weeks, which blows my mind. I get that I ordered right before the holidays, but maybe don’t keep taking orders if you can’t produce items in a timely manner, then won’t cancel orders when requested. I will not order from this company ever again.

The absolute worst purchasing experience of my life.
I placed my order November 13, 2022 and it arrived January 27,2023. I ONLY received updates when I asked, they never informed me of the status without me asking first. I was also lied to on more than one occasion. First time I was told my order was being completed, second time I was told it was being shipped overnight free of charge. Finally, I was told the order was actually “lost in production”.
I would like to know exactly how many other people had this experience, as it took yet another 4 weeks after all of that to receive my pillow. I thought they’d get me my pillow as soon as possible when they finally found my order and processed it, but that was not even close to how it went. It was a very disappointing experience.
I was also offered 15% off my original payment for the inconvenience, yet never actually got that refund, even after I said that would be great. But believe me, they took full payment out of my account the second I hit “complete order”.
I just feel 11 weeks is absolutely insane. Again, I ONLY received updates when I emailed first. I think it’s a bad look for business.
If ordering for the holidays, I’d suggest you order it now to possibly receive it when you need it.

Dream Pillow reached out to me to let me know what was going on and why the delay, I had to email them over and over to get updates.
I didn't receive the pillow until January 26th, almost 3 months after I ordered. I'm sure the company was busy with Christmas orders however, their lack of communication was less than desirable.

So the actual product was good. My daughter was surprised and happy. My pillows are great. My only problem with this company was HOW LONG it took to arrive! I ordered on or before Thanksgiving with a guarantee of arrival before 12/24 (as stated on the website) any orders placed after my date had a statement saying they can't guarantee by 12/24. But that wasn't the case for me, I got the pillows in mid-January! I got an email from them saying they had staff issues and that I should get it before 12/24, but never did. I wasn't satisfied with the customer service. Want to make sure that others know a pillow may take WAY LONGER than expected.

I'm happy to finally receive the pillow. I wanted to say it's okay, but I guess I like it more than that. The quality of the picture I sent wasn't the best, but I feel the pillow could've been slightly less blurry and they also chopped her tail from the photo. Waiting on second pillow I ordered separately, but I expect that one to be better as I sent a very good photo. Will order a second pillow of same as dog but with a better photo I guess. I wanted something better as my dog just recently passed away and this a way to keep her memory alive for us. Thank you for my pillow!

Hey future Dream A Pillow customers. I love the pillow. It did take 8 weeks. Ordered 11/23/22, and received 1/21/23. The communication was kinda poor to start with, but increasingly got better. I did think I got scammed to tell you the truth, but I got the pillow and it’s nice. I hope this company keeps working on better communication, and speeding up its production practices. I would order another one. Knowing it might take a little while.

They’re soft and nicely stitched with just the right amount of filling so the picture lays flat and you can see the full picture. I will definitely order again. I placed my order on 11/24 and was hoping to get my order by Christmas. This was to be my daughter's main Christmas gift but it didn't happen! At times, I felt I was getting the run-around and would never receive my order. I was almost at the point of contacting my bank when I received a tracking email. I received my order 2 days later - Jan 20th. All I can say is, please be patient! It is so worth it! These pillows are so soft and look exactly like the pics I sent. My daughter travels for her job and wanted her babies with her! She absolutely loves her pillows! Thank you so much!!
