Found this company on social media, and took a chance on ordering from them on 11/25. They claimed if ordered before 12/1, it would be shipped in time to receive before Christmas. At times I thought the company was a scam with the canned responses I received in my email request. But thankfully order was received 1/21, 4 weeks after Christmas. Order is not the outline of my pets without the background items, like I thought I ordered. Yes it’s a soft pillow, but not worth the price or wait time. I will not order from them again.

It wasn’t received by the time I needed it even though I paid the priority rush delivery fees, etc. I then waited in hopes it would arrive by Christmas which it did not. I received it 1/21/23. Two months after I ordered it. I received an email when I inquired that said they were behind. If that is the case then why continue to take orders and customers money for something you obviously can’t fulfill in the time frame you state on your website. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND OR ORDER AGAIN! Poor customer service!

I didn’t have a good experience with this company unfortunately. The website was convenient which was a plus. As for pricing, it was pretty expensive for even just an 18” pillow. The other issue I had was actually receiving it. I had ordered the pillow on November 23rd and had reached out multiple times for an ETA once I still hadn’t received it the week before Christmas. Their website said ordered placed after thanksgiving, wouldn’t be guaranteed for Christmas, which I ordered mine before thanksgiving. After I sent multiple emails and calls to customer service I had finally received a message that they were behind on orders and it will be out for delivery soon. This was December 30th. The only thing they could offer me was 50% off my next order, but nothing for the current order. Which I don’t expect to order from them again. I finally received it January 14th, and honestly wasn’t worth the wait or money.

Processing and shipping took much longer than expected, so if someone is buying a customized pillow for an occasion or gift, I suggest ordering at least two months in advance. However, the pillow looked great and the quality is incredible.

Let me start off by saying- the pillow is amazing. BUT, this has been, by far, the absolute worse experience I’ve ever experienced when it comes to online ordering. I DO NOT RECOMMEND UNLESS TOU WANT FALSE PROMISES and your item to take almost 2 months to arrive. I ordered by the cut off date for Christmas (Mid November). I just received my order on January 12.

It wasn’t here by Christmas but it was truly so awesome! Super soft. This company is NOT a scam. I read a lot of negative reviews and my experience was opposite. I was worried when my payment went out and it wasn’t shipped out right away. I emailed the company personally and was responded to with kindness and helpfulness. Even when the shipment was late they offered to cancel it for me and I said no thank you. We received the pillow and we love it. It’s super soft and comfy and we feel like our boy is sitting with us in the living room. Would 100% recommend this company to anyone. The graphic is super realistic and not pixelated at all. This is not what I had asked for. This is a picture of me and my late husband when we were dating. I have my hand on my hip and had asked that this could be a hole, so my daughter could carry it around (she's 2). I never received a note saying this could not be done, and it was not. Now it is not used as it was ordered to be, since it is too big for my daughter to carry around. It is comfortable, but not what I had requested. If I had been told that it could not be done, I would have cancelled the order. I wish Customer Service would have reached out.
