What's the recommended image size?

Typically the larger the file size, the better quality the image and the pillow will have. Here are some reccomendations:

10" Pillow: 300 KB

14" Pillow: 500 KB

18" Pillow: 800 KB

24" Pillow: 1 MB

36" Pillow: 1 MB

Why is my image not uploading?

This could be due to several issues:

1) The image is too small

2) The File is corrupt

3) The image hasn't finished uploading

What's the different between shaped pillows and square pillows?

Shaped Pillows are outlined and follow the shape of the animal or object in the photo provided

Square Pillows are the standard box shaped pillows.

How long does shipping take?

All of our orders are sent with USPS Priority First Class. Our shipping times are as listed:

Production Time: 2-4 business days

Domestic Delivery After Shipping: 2-3 Days

International Delivery After Shipping: 5-10 Days

Can I make returns?

All items that are:

Purchased within 30 days of receipt of your shipment
